1. Complete friendship with two rabbits.
2. Look for the learned Iron Pan recipe at the Workbench.
3. If you have found Wool and burrows, you can reread its explanation under Letters in the diary. Reading the letter is not established here as an extra unlock requirement.

What the letter confirms

The pictured diary has Wool and burrows selected under Letters, and its text links the Iron Pan to befriending two rabbits. It names the Workbench as the crafting station. The screenshot does not show the pan's inputs or crafting quantity.

Do not substitute the thread's uncertain cabbage counts for a verified full friendship guide. The narrow answer here is how the recipe is earned and where to look after learning it.

The latest official update adds clearer rabbit-friendship hints explaining the two-rabbit requirement. It does not replace two completed friendships with two food uses or publish the full Iron Pan material recipe.

If it does not work

You have fed one rabbit several times.

The letter calls for befriending two rabbits. Feeding counts alone do not establish two completed friendships.

Two friendships are complete but the recipe is still absent.

Official EA updates describe fixes for missed earned animal recipes, including Iron Pan. Check the installed version and report a persistent missing unlock; this page does not establish a reset or repeat-friendship workaround.

You need the pan's ingredients or the full rabbit feeding sequence.
